Cancellation Policy

Once your order is placed, you will receive an immediate confirmation email. As we work swiftly to fulfil orders, cancellations are only possible within 8 hours of purchase.

To cancel, contact us at Support@omcasa.com with your order number.

Cancellations are not guaranteed, especially if the order is already being prepared or shipped. Cancellations are not processed on weekends.

If approved, a refund will be issued minus a 9% processing fee.

If more than 8 hours have passed, you may return your order by following our Returns and Refunds Policy.
