How to Start a Return
Not satisfied with your purchase? Within 30 days of receiving your order, contact us at Support@omcasa.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
We will send you the return address and a return form by email. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as you are responsible for the package until it reaches our warehouse.
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return and confirm it meets the conditions (new, unused, unwashed, with original tags), we will process your refund within 10 days using the same payment method used at checkout.
If after 15 days from our confirmation you have not received your refund, please contact us again.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible items. To request an exchange for a different size, colour, or alternative item, contact us at Support@omcasa.com with your order number and the exchange you would like.
Return shipping costs for exchanges are the customer's responsibility.

Damaged or Incorrect Item
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please take photos and contact us at Support@omcasa.com with a brief explanation. For incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.
